Music Therapy & Musical Identity Coach

High science. High spirit. Life at full Resonance.

Music is the most powerful and underused tool for human transformation. I'll show you how to use it intentionally. Based in Vancouver, BC.

Who I Work With

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • The Lapsed Musician

You used to have music in your life, and it meant a lot to you. Somewhere between the responsibilities and other priorities, it slipped away. It’s been a while. You’re ready to come back—on your own terms.

  • The Growth-Minded Creative

You think deeply about identity, purpose, and how you show up in your life. You’ve been treating music as a background detail. You’re ready to use it as a tool.

  • The Perfectionistic Practitioner

You know what good practice looks like—and that’s the problem. The bar you’ve set makes it easier not to start. You need a different design, not more discipline.

  • The Passionate Learner

You identify as a musician—but your practice doesn’t reflect that yet. The gap between who you are and how you show up is exactly where we begin.

Hey, I’m Olivia!

Certified Music Therapist (MTA) & Creativity Coach

My work lives at the intersection of clinical science and creative philosophy. Using over a decade of evidence-based practice as a Certified Music Therapist (MTA), I help growth-minded people close the gap between their musical identity and their daily reality—so music finally feels like it belongs to them again.

This is what I call Resonance—and you can design it. Not because you forced it or copied how it works for someone else. Because you stopped building against yourself and started working with your unique flow.

The Clinical Foundation

Music therapy is a discipline in which Certified Music Therapists (MTAs) use music purposefully within therapeutic relationships to support development, health, and well-being. Music therapists use music safely and ethically to address human needs within cognitive, communicative, emotional, musical, physical, social, and spiritual domains.

Summer 2026 Mentorship (A Few Spots Open)

A dedicated container to rebuild your relationship with music — on your terms.

We start with an honest look at where things really are. Then we design something that fits your life, your history, and what you want music to mean for you now. We work on the music. And we work on you as a musician. I'm in your corner the whole way through: sessions, check-ins, resources, and real support between calls.

This is for anyone who's been meaning to come back to music, go deeper with it, or finally figure out why it's felt so complicated.

Local to Vancouver? We can work in person. Anywhere else, online.
