Hey, I’m Olivia!

Certified Music Therapist (MTA), Teacher & Facilitator

My musical journey has been a lifelong source of joy, inspiration and connection. Music has both carried me through life lows, and has helped me soar through opportunities and evolutions. I went from a shy little girl that would refuse to join the other kids at the front of a stage, to singing on stage as a lead role in the town musical.

Music is the through-line of so many beautiful memories and moments in life so far.

The past 15 years of music coaching and 5 years providing music therapy in healthcare, education and community settings is me on a mission to use music as a tool to support you at any age and stage, including challenges like neurodivergence, anxiety/low self-esteem, mental health diagnoses and brain injury recovery.

I specialize in helping millennials, and emerging adults/Gen Z build confidence, beat anxiety and harness the power of music for self-care, personal growth and transformation in their lives!

Blending evidence-based therapeutic techniques, holistic coaching, and personal development tools, I meet you in an individualized and adaptable way that honours your unique tastes, strengths and desires. Music is for everyone - Let’s do this!
